Once we have a large enough group of willing participants, we will send out the itinerary to those who expressed their interest. At this point we will also open bookings. To secure your spot, you will pay your first, 30% deposit.

Our dream is to continue running programmes in new places around the world.

The Programme Fees include an itinerary and schedule, with learning design and community-building elements woven in. Our research, planning, design, coordination and facilitation throughout the journey turn a roadtrip into a complete roadschooling community experience!

We don't book your Travel Costs such as accommodation or activities and we don't offer childcare, or provide food.

What the Programme Fees cover:

• Excellent group booking discounts - making activities cheaper for you,

• Selected learning activities and experiences that are specially arranged for our group,

• Facilitation of the group to keep things moving, bring us all together, and weave together experiences, learning and community,

• Certain activity costs will also be covered by Woven Worlds - we have some really exciting ones planned for the November Pilot!

Refund Policy

A 30% deposit is required to secure your place on the programme. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

The remaining 70% of the programme fee is due one week before the programme begins. Once paid, this amount is also non-refundable if you cancel, unless otherwise agreed with Woven Worlds.

If Woven Worlds cancels the programme for any reason, unless beyond our reasonable control, all payments made will be refunded in full.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Where possible, we may be able to transfer your booking to another available programme or family, but this is not guaranteed.

Woven Worlds is not responsible for costs incurred outside the programme fee, including accommodation, travel, flights, insurance or other bookings made by participants.

Yes. You can join for as little as one week, or stay for the full three-week journey. Each week is designed to either stand on its own, or connect smoothly to the wider journey. We aim to build skills (and relationships) week on week, with certain activities repeating to deepen experience over time. And the longer you stay, the more you save — each additional week costs less than the previous one.

Our programme is built around families learning from each other and the places they visit. When appropriate, we may invite family members to share their skills, knowledge or experience with the wider group. You can tell us about this in your Expression of Interest form.
